   Advice On Immunisations

 

Your child will be given a development check by the GP at 6 weeks.

There will be the following vaccination schedule offered and recommended for all children to follow. Should there be any concerns about these vaccinations please talk to either the health visitor, Practice Nurse or the Doctor so we can fully satisfy your queries and allow these important protective vaccinations to go ahead.

Age:   Vaccine   2 months     5 in 1 vaccination   Pneumococcal Vaccination   3 months      5 in 1 vaccination   Meningitis C Vaccination   4 months      5 in 1 vaccination   Meningitis C Vaccination   Pneumococcal Vaccination   12 months   Hib/Meningitis C  MMR   Pneumococcal  Vaccination   15 months     MMR   3 years, 4 Months   Pre School Booster   Diphtheria/Polio/Tetanus/Pertussus

5 in 1 vaccination = tetanus, diphtheria, Pertussus (whooping cough), Hip and polio
MMR = Measles Mumps Rubella (German Measles)
