Doors Open:
The Practice is open from Monday - Wednesday 8:00am to 7:00pm AND 8.00am - 6.30pm Thursday - Friday
Appointments:
We have changed our appointment booking system and we now offer you the opportunity to choose from daily appointments, weekly appointments and advanced appointments for the following week. We hope that these changes will help you in planning your visit to the surgery.
Booking an appointment for the doctor or practice nurse
If you need to see a doctor we have three different types of appointment, daily, weekly and advanced. All of these appointments can be booked using our automated system even when we are closed. If you would prefer to speak to a receptionist you can do this during our normal opening times.
Daily appointments – these are released on a daily basis from midnight.
Weekly appointments – these are available 48 hours in advance, in line with the Government’s target of “48 hour access”. So, for example, on Monday the system will release appointments for Wednesday and so on.
Advanced appointments for next week – These are released daily for the following week. So, for example if you see the doctor on Tuesday and you need a follow up appointment for one, two, three or four weeks you will need to telephone the surgery the week before you need your next appointment.
